myself and the group I was with were treated as an inconvenience and the staff clearly did not want our business. While I understand things can be busy, a hospitality based business should have staff that can manage and politely communicate to customers what delays they are facing, projected wait times, and give basic customer service.
I brought my family here specifically to grab some food and watch the FIFA soccer game. When we first walked in, I explicitly asked if the game would be put on the TVs, and our server assured us that it would be.
Around 4:30 PM, after waiting for a bit, we asked again if they could turn it on. We were told it would definitely be on before 5:00 PM. Instead, the bartender took their time putting it on, and we completely missed the first goal, which was scored at 5:01 PM. What...read full review
First time at this location. Great room with a huge bar! The food was good and the service was good as well. Lots of parking. Good value for the price.
