While I understand things can be busy, a hospitality based business should have staff that can manage and politely communicate to customers what delays they are facing, projected wait times, and give basic customer service.“

“My wife and I were in town from Montreal and were looking for a rarity in the Falls, a real pub. We immediately felt at home there. The local beer on tap was great, the vibe in the room was chill and the music (with apologies...Paige ?) was excellent. Really cool spot.“

I would’ve not expected the level of cuisine judging from the outside, but this is a most definite must try for anyone living or visiting Niagara. I will most definitely return. The prices are also very affordable. I had an appetizer, rice, lamb and a mango lassi for just a little over $30.“

Located in the Doubletree Fallsview Hotel. a great place for quick breakfast with bagels, banana bread, muffins etc. Everything was fresh and the service was great. Now if they would only change it to Dunkin Donuts coffee :) it would be perfect !“

We decided to try a small non chain spot today instead and we were highly recommended to this place. Sure glad we went. Huge wings, perfectly cooked with awesome sauce and 90 cents each. Amazing poutine (massive portion) and pitchers for only $14. 20 wings, poutine, a pitcher, kids chicken fingers, a pint, a milk for my boy, and a double rye all for under $70, and everything including the service was spot on. I’ll be back to eat every time I come to Niagara. Total hidden gem!“

“Seen Merkules concert here. Amazing venue, great location, lots of parking. Security for the event was excellent. While the floors were extremely sticky, it is to be semi-expected as people were very careless with spilling drinks. overall, had an amazing time and will for sure return for other events.“
