“Hey, if you like country music and enjoy a country western style environment, this is the place for you. Nothing fancy here. It's just a casual place to have a few drinks and some pub grub with some friends or family. Have never been in the evening, but I believe they have dancing at night, probably on the weekends. And i believe they have bands playing. Food wise, we only ever had the platter of food for sharing. On our first visit there, we had a nice variety of items to enjoy on the platter, the second time not so much, but what was included was tasty. Only one lady working during the day, when we have been, she was nice and accommodating. Overall, no complaints. If you go, just keep in mind it's an older place with a very casual environment.

They told us to go to another restaurant down the street. The barrel. Coming back there were a lot of cars in front of chucks. Will not be going back there. Never heard of a restaurant sending you to another restaurant. Came all the way from Hamilton for our son to take us there.“

“Thank you Soo much!!!! Grace is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond. Seeing let alone meeting Lily rose has been a dream of my daughter’s since the middle of 2021. An artist my daughter has looked up too. We were supposed to see Lily, Ernest, and Chris Lane February 26 2022 at The Ritz in Raleigh NC.
Unfortunately we arrived late just as she got off stage. Due to a major car accident on the interstate. It still ended up being a very enjoyable night thankfully. Since then it has still remained heavy on my heart that she was not able to see Lily Rose. All because the kindness of grace my daughter will finally get to have that experience she has “dreamed” of for years. Because of grace’s extreme love for what she does and how much she is dedicated always providing the absolute best experience to the humans in and out of the community she made the most amazing 10 year old girl beyond happy. With everything my daughter has gone through in her life she deserves this win. Grace performed this amazing act of kindness without hesitation. I guarantee if you visit Buffalo Iron Works you will have the best experience. You will be treated with love and respect by every staff member!! I also need to extend a huge shoutout to the manager Kevin. He made sure my daughter and myself felt very safe and comfortable in the sold out show. He added to the already amazing and memorable experience for my daughter and myself. If you are wanting to take your little one here for a concert or go to one yourself you will not be disappointed! “Went for a Sunday brunch and got the Huevos Rancheros and was pleasantly surprised by how good and delicious it was. I also had the Gypsy Juice as my beverage, along with some Pastelitos (beef) shared for the table. Those were just OK to me and I've had better elsewhere. My party and I sat outside for a nice day out on the patio and some people watching, and despite being the only ones out there while we were dining, we still had great service from our server.“

“Staff, food, drinks and atmosphere were all amazing! We were going to be in Amherst for a softball tournament and reached out to Pour Taproom to host a team/family dinner. It was perfect. We had a designated section reserved for our group. The girls got to sit together and bond, younger siblings were kept entertained playing some of the numerous games the restaurant had on hand and the adults got to relax while enjoying some tasty food and drinks. Parents were still talking about that dinner a week later. 10/10. Would highly recommend.“

I’ve been there twice in the past decade and was for/after the death of my Grandfather Kenneth Hartel Sr, and Kenneth Hartel Jr his son whom died only months later.
