If you want an idea of their service I watched a man straight up slap a glass of beer out of the waitresses hands (he was a hand talker and it was an accident) and into the wall. She was super kind about it and someone (a manger or owner) came over and immediately changed out everything and cleaned everything up while the server got a new beer. Everyone was kind and quick about it and had I not happened to catch it out of the corner of my eye. they were so discrete Idt I would have. As a table we tried the Sheppards fries, the corned beef and cabbage, corned beef sandwich and sticky toffee pudding and all were incredible. Definitely will be back!“

“We hired Blue Fire BBQ to cater my daughter’s high school graduation party, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! From the first phone call to the final empty tray, the entire experience was fantastic.

The food was phenomenal. We went with pulled pork, beef brisket, grilled vegetables with balsamic glaze, roasted potatoes, and their creamy mac and cheese. Every single item was superb, perfectly seasoned, cooked with care, and full of flavor. The beef brisket was the undisputed star of the day. It was so tender and delicious that guests were raving about it nonstop. The grilled vegetables had just the right char and that bright balsamic finish, and the mac and cheese was the ultimate crowd-pleaser.

Matt, the owner, was incredibly easy to work with. He was responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making our event perfect. He personally delivered everything right on time. The setup was quick and seamless and the portions were generous. We had plenty of happy guests and very little left over.
