“We looooved everything about this place, food, drinks, decor....satisfied this foodies tastes. Funny fact, we met the owners neighbor while we were looking for food recommendations, went for dinner then lunch again the next day! So, thank your neighbor who has a daughter that was visiting from out of town ?“
“Coupked with new open container laws allowing residents to walk around with their beers, Fattey Beer Co is the best thing to happen to Central Av in the 25 years I've lived here. Staff is consistently fantastic. We joined the mug club and go there frequently. Having a selection of sodas, waters and juices is fantastic and meeting all the doggies that are welcome there always makes us smile.“
“The VFW post is great for hosting events. They do car shows, fundraisers for Vets, and Polish-themed events regularly. Half of the venue is a bar setting (upstairs), the other half is like a banquet hall with tables, room to dance, a kitchen, and bathrooms. You can enter through the back entrance if going into the banquet hall, otherwise use the front entrance for the bar. There's only one bar so drinks need to be purchased upstairs. For drinks, they have a few domestic beers on tap, as well as a ton of bottles to choose from. Some domestic, some craft, and Tyskie. I also saw box wine on the counter. We came for the "1/2 Way to Dyngus Day Parry". There was a DJ playing Polish music, free Polish food (donations accepted), and 50/50. The food was very good and homemade. The hall was clean and the staff were friendly. I'd come back here for events in the future.“
“We (my gf & I) come here very often, at least once a week & often bring our kids along too. The food is always amazing/ damn near perfect & so is the service. We often compliment our waiter or waitress & tell them how awesome their service is, you can ask them. Stephanie is awesome. If it’s slower, she’ll sit for a min & chat w/ us which we enjoy. Mandy is also awesome & one of our favorites! I personally like Colin best, very good server & always there to refill drinks & bring extra napkins, etc. He can take an order for a party of 5 without writing any of it down & not make a single mistake. On the other hand, Ellie is our least favorite & we dread getting her as our waitress. We’ve even brought company & without us saying a word they’ve commented on her poor service. She also never writes anything down & then makes several mistakes. I ordered 6 tacos w/ no sour cream & they came out w/ sour cream & I said I definitely didn’t order sour cream. No apology or anything just walked away w/ the food & later returned w/ 6 more w/ no sour cream. No, I’m sorry for the error/ delay or anything. Then the bill comes & the sour cream is on the bill for $4.50 which is 75¢/each. Not being a cheapskate but I’m not paying for something I didn’t get strictly out of principle. I questioned it & she was snippy & rude & says you’ll notice I took of the $4.50 at the bottom. I said no u took off 4.5% which is $1.20. She seemed even more annoyed & brought back the bill & it was finally correct. I’m definitely NOT that guy that likes to complain, bit#h & moan but not once was there any apology on any of the errors & she definitely lacks personality. Would it hurt to smile & be nice? I eat out often & again I love your food, several of your staff & love supporting a local family owned business that gives back to the community but I dread going there when I get her as my waitress cuz I don’t wanna be rude & refuse her but I’m very tempted to do so.“
“We recently visited the Clarksburg Taproom to celebrate a couple of birthdays. Everything was great. Our table was ready when we arrived. We all had various kinds of cider and they were all delicious. We had an assortment of their pizzas and loved them all. We had the cauliflower crust on all of them, as we have some people with gluten sensitivity. Our server was very attentive and pleasant.“
“Better than I remember long ago. Julie at the bar bar a kind and fun soul. Very uplifting attitudes and so friendly a staff. Thanks again for a great time. Dining area in the back and much to do. Kereoke weekly with more than you know for a great time for all“
“Food was very hot and packed with flavor. The sever was friendly and had great suggestions on parting items. The atmosphere was coozy and modern. Chef visited the table and made small talk which never happens anymore. Was a life changing experience I would recommend to anyone.“
“Went in on a Friday night with my family and parents. I started with they're French Onion soup which was delicious, nice side small salad and has quesadillas. The quesadillas we're much larger than I anticipated and had nice big chunks of chicken. My husband has the grouper fish fry which I tried and was also extremely tasty! I feel like there's very few restaurants in the area (at least that I know of) that have Grouper on the menu regularly. My parents both had delicious meals, my toddler's chicken fingers were good. And if you get the chance to try the pistachio ricotta pie... It's to die for! Needless to say we will definitely be going back soon!Parking: Parking was packed but it was a Friday night. We were lucky to get a spot but I don't know where else you could park if the lot is full.Kid-friendliness: We have the absolute sweetest waitress whom my son fell in love with, but the staff was so nice about bringing over colored pencils and bringing his food out as soon as it was ready.“
“When I'm in Buffalo or Rochester and go looking for wings, this is the kind of place that hits the mark! I took some coworkers here for dinner and everyone enjoyed! We were there for wings, but also shared the pizza rolls, cheese curds, and beef on weck. Order extra and save for tomorrow's lunch! And anyone who's not from the area...ranch is for salads and blue cheese is for wing dipping...:>)“
“My son and I love 99 Brick Oven. He always gets the margarita pizza and cheesy garlic bread. I try to try some different menu items. Food is always amazing. Staff is always amazing. When they first opened I called to ask about the pizza because my son if very picky. They told me if he didn't like the pizza it would be free. He LOVED the pizza!! We love sitting outside on the patio regardless of weather.“
