“Came here today after seeing so many beautiful & delicious posts on Facebook; made it with like 10 minutes left before closing (we felt really bad to arrive so late; we drove half an hour from Welland to check them out) and the lady running the store that day was so welcoming and we didn't feel rushed at all! She was so kind and gave us a bunch of complimentary desserts🥹 we got 6 cheesecakes/mousses and a box of the macarons and it was just such a great experience! we tried a bite of everything before we even got home and every single bite we were like 🤯 Desserts are beautiful and hand made! You can tell a lot of love was put into them💓 We'll be back for sure! I didn't get a picture of the desserts before we dug into them but if they aren't destroyed I'll add a picture of what they look like since being home she also mentioned they stay good in the fridge for 5 days and that they freeze nicely which is a plus! “Awesome bakery with lots of home made goodies and coffee and tea. We stopped while we were strolling the area for a cup of hot coffee on a cold day. The ladies working here were kind and patient and made sure that I could safely consume their alternative milk products. The coffee came out hot and fresh. We didn’t fret baked goods this time but we will make sure to get some next time we visit.“

“ABSOLUTE ROCK STARS! Recently purchased some meat to make my first batch of sausage with. Nick went above and beyond and educated me on the different cuts of meats, what percentages to use and tips and tricks and made sure I got the best of the best. When I picked up everything Joe treated me like family and was very helpful and friendly and also gave me some more education. It's awesome to see two people take so much pride and passion in what they do and treating customers like family. Also, on my way into the store I stopped by the bakery department (like the elf I am LOL) and spoke with the bakery person who was amazing (sorry, didnt get her name, older lady with glasses-very friendly). She educated me on ALL of the sweets and baked goods, how much pride/passion they take in their in house baking goods and also the specialty items from Germany and Italy etc. WOW! “All I have to say is ... Ashley. I've never ordered from your place before maybe because I don't drink coffee? Anyway I work overnights, and decided to stop because the line wasn't around the building as usual(this was at 740 a. m., fyi, on the 16th.)and my kid said to try it so I did... let me tell you she was a breath of fresh air from the first second of contact. Makes you feel heard, important, guided me through my order it was amazing.. the lady at the window was wonderful as well, and brought Ashley to the window so I could tell her that even if I may end up not liking the food(which she hurriedly said is delicious!),I would come order again because of her. She really hits the spot when it comes to early morning blues ..thank you for hiring her, and the staff as well was very quick and everything was delicious, by the way .... Oh if you need to know I ordered 10 timbits, 2 egg and cheese scrambled croissant sandwiches, and a hash brown . Was amazing and I got 2 meals out of it!!

“It is tradition stopping for a slice or bread when out. The shop may have changed hands but the food honors those memories. The people are friendly and welcoming. My go to place for bread for our holiday meals and especially stuffing. Try it once and you will never go back. Amazing flavor and texture.“

“I have gone into this location 3 times in the last 7 days and had to request they stir our coffee as the sugar in her triple triple is constantly at the bottom.
I was even extremely polite and friendly on the request but the lady on the mic and the lady at the window were extremely rude and unfriendly. I think I’ll go to the next one from now on“
