Friendly service with a smile. Clean and organized pastry and baked goods case. Everything looked very good and it was hard to decide what to indulge in. I landed on an oversized, tasty chocolate pistachio cupcake that had a pistachio ganache core. Very good! It had a bit much frosting for me, but I think I'm weird that way compared to others.
This is a fantastic gem hidden in the culinary institute here in Niagara Falls NY. Haisley told me all about the pastries and cake and made a perfect cappuccino to help me start the day with.

This is a must stop if you're visiting Niagara Falls! The prices are great and the dessert delightful. I tried a red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting and it was a psychedelic experience. I have never before or since taste a fluffier, light and just on point frosting. Kudos!
