“Although a simple coffee here is a bit more expensive than other indie cafe's, it is really, really good and worth the extra cost. You can find nearby parking about two blocks away on nearby side streets , at least on a weekday, and you may be able to find a nice outdoor table if you come when it's not a busy time of the week with tourists. They also have good wifi.“

“Just got done another amazing visit to pur and simple. As always the food was amazing especially the chicago benedict but of course the pancakes/waffles were perfectly sweet as well. Mandy our waitress was amazing for the 2nd time we have had her. Very helpful with her knowledge of the menu and items at hand, answering any questions we had. Overall it always comes through as one of the best places to grab breakfast and would totally recommend trying out. Thanks again Mandy!!“

“Always a great experience here. The team is super friendly and fast, even when it’s busy. The store is clean, the coffee is fresh, and the atmosphere makes it easy to relax. Definitely one of the best Tim Hortons locations I’ve been to.“

“While my mom was in line unfortunately at one of those very busy times and her great grandson runs up to her to express his wishes for an Easter donut instead of already agreed upon blue berry muffin. She agrees and we go find a seat and wait in the food court. My mom was finally five people away from ordering and noticed there was only one Easter donut left and of course right as she was ordering she loses out to the donut. She begins gets so upset and begins to express her concern that it was a mobile order that had not ordered it and didn’t wait in the line. Immediately Alex jumps in to let her know he will put one together for her if she will wait a couple minutes. Afterward She explained she didn’t want to let her little 4 yr old great grandson down and was so appreciative. From the pictures you can definitely tell how much your efforts meant to this little boy. Just a donut to some means a lot to another. What a delicious fresh donut made by an extraordinary hard working kind young man, Alex. Thank you 🙏“

“I would really like to share my appreciation of Valentino‘s Nona and Celine have gone out of their way several times for us and our family the family atmosphere the food the caring and the great service are amazing. We tried it out for a family of 25 for Thanksgiving and it worked out very well. Then we ended up having a special event at the beginning of December and the staff were able to accommodate all of our needs the food was fresh ready on time easy pick up so we did it again at Christmas. It was very appreciative that we all got to spend this time if you’re together The meal, the cakes, the salad the pasta were amazing. The turkey was fresh soft there was enough gravy for everybody and we even had leftovers not many but some thank you so much for your kindness and service Barbara Kennedy.“

“Could not rate atmosphere as we have only had the drive thru experience.
Their drinks are perfectly on par with other Starbucks, and the staff are very good at following modifications consistently. Me and my girlfriend like to make changes to our beverages and this location has always followed our orders to a tee!“

“The more I go to this one I admit it is starting to grow on me - not the coziest atmosphere like some smaller stores but they do a good job of trying to making you feel comfortable. There were even Easter eggs hidden around on Easter morning - nice touch.

Parking: Lots of parking but to get in the store you have to walk through the drive through line-up and even though there is a marking on the pavement to leave space for pedestrians I still find myself battling vehicles to get across to the front entryway.“

“This is Timmies. It's decent food for what you pay...it's not a fancy bakery or fine dining.
This particular location on Lake at the QEW beside the gas station in St Kits has NEVER failed at the PLEASANT DEMEANOR every single time we go through the drive through. We were there around 9:20am, Feb 26....date and time so the owners know who works those windows! If ALL Timmies took thier cue from this lady, there would NEVER be a complaint about thier service!“

“Great visit to Starbucks at the Pen Center! The service was friendly and efficient, and the coffee was spot on — just the way I like it. The space was clean and comfortable, perfect for a quick break or catching up with a friend.

One small suggestion: if you’re staying in, consider asking for a ceramic mug or glass instead of disposable cups — Mother Earth will thank you! A simple way to make a great experience even better.“

Tim Hortons food isn't what I consider good quality, but these guys make a concerted effort to deliver a nice meal nonetheless.“

“I was disappointed at this location that every table was 100% full and most tables of four had one person sitting at it doing computer work and no food or coffee anywhere to be seen on the table near them it is possible they drank it and threw it away but it's disappointing that management would not ask people to sit together or share a table or mention something about taking up four seats for one person“
