“Barista Matthew is the best part of my morning anytime I stop. This man deserves a raise, a promotion, or a franchise. It doesn’t matter what kind of day I’m having, Matthew makes it better 100% of the time.
I’m heartbroken Starbucks took away the caramel apple spice, and that the apple croissants are not available year round, but I’ll keep going to the Lake St Starbucks if Matthew still works there.“

“I would really like to share my appreciation of Valentino‘s Nona and Celine have gone out of their way several times for us and our family the family atmosphere the food the caring and the great service are amazing. We tried it out for a family of 25 for Thanksgiving and it worked out very well. Then we ended up having a special event at the beginning of December and the staff were able to accommodate all of our needs the food was fresh ready on time easy pick up so we did it again at Christmas. It was very appreciative that we all got to spend this time if you’re together The meal, the cakes, the salad the pasta were amazing. The turkey was fresh soft there was enough gravy for everybody and we even had leftovers not many but some thank you so much for your kindness and service Barbara Kennedy.“

“While my mom was in line unfortunately at one of those very busy times and her great grandson runs up to her to express his wishes for an Easter donut instead of already agreed upon blue berry muffin. She agrees and we go find a seat and wait in the food court. My mom was finally five people away from ordering and noticed there was only one Easter donut left and of course right as she was ordering she loses out to the donut. She begins gets so upset and begins to express her concern that it was a mobile order that had not ordered it and didn’t wait in the line. Immediately Alex jumps in to let her know he will put one together for her if she will wait a couple minutes. Afterward She explained she didn’t want to let her little 4 yr old great grandson down and was so appreciative. From the pictures you can definitely tell how much your efforts meant to this little boy. Just a donut to some means a lot to another. What a delicious fresh donut made by an extraordinary hard working kind young man, Alex. Thank you 🙏“

“Just great coffee and wonderful people. Been to the cafe in Grimsby several times and picked up a few bags that are just as delicious at home. Can't say enough good things about the College Street espresso blend and the Million Dollar Morning blend.Really looking forward to trying some of their more exotic beans.Please keep your high standards for roasting!“

“The more I go to this one I admit it is starting to grow on me - not the coziest atmosphere like some smaller stores but they do a good job of trying to making you feel comfortable. There were even Easter eggs hidden around on Easter morning - nice touch.

Parking: Lots of parking but to get in the store you have to walk through the drive through line-up and even though there is a marking on the pavement to leave space for pedestrians I still find myself battling vehicles to get across to the front entryway.“

“Could not rate atmosphere as we have only had the drive thru experience.
Their drinks are perfectly on par with other Starbucks, and the staff are very good at following modifications consistently. Me and my girlfriend like to make changes to our beverages and this location has always followed our orders to a tee!“

“I typically only use the drive through as i'm in a rush in the morning, but the locations I go to on both geneva street and this one on Lake st are always friendly and efficient, and the lines aren't too bad through the drive through.“

“At around 10:45am, I placed my order via drive thru at this location., And I went to the drive thru window and tried to use my Tim offers from the app, it didn’t work. I waited there at the window for over 4 minutes trying to scan the QR code that didn’t work at all. As I was in a hurry, I had to cancel order and leave as the offer didn’t work.. Later I checked that particular offer and found out that offer applies only for delivery order. It was completely my fault for not checking it properly. I apologize for what I did. The staffs were very friendly, tried to explain me. Really sorry about that.“
