“I stopped in at Arby’s today and just wanted to say what a great experience I had. The restaurant was spotless, the food was fresh, and everything came out exactly as ordered. The girl with the dark hair and glasses who served me was so kind.
My only complaint is the potholes in the driveway, but that’s easy to overlook after such a positive visit. Looking forward to returning soon!

“Myself and my spouse went to Lake Street subs today for the first time after doing a final walk through of the house we are moving into next week. They are so kind! We split a BLT sub and we each got a strawberry shake..everything was phenomenal! We will def be regulars moving forward!“

“A&W has never let me down, it is the only fast food that I will go to, the breakfast is cooked to your specifications and brought to your table and the coffee is perfect. My favourite teen burger and in fact all the burgers are delicious.of course the root beer is so good I keep some cans in my fridge.“

“We had a great experience at A&W in St. Catharines! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and really hit the spot. What made our visit even better was the wonderful service from Cody. He was extremely kind, friendly, and accommodating, and made sure we were well taken care of.

It’s always nice when great food is matched by great customer service. We only wish we still had an A&W back home in Staten Island, New York—we definitely miss having one nearby!

“This place doesn't get credit for how busy it is or that it's a fast food place. People rate harshly for miner issues. Obviously They have never worked in this environment. I get it, things get messed up, happens to every business. What sets this one apart is that they actually go out of their way to fix it! They forgot cheese on my breadsticks and send another order. This costs them money. They answered the phone, and were kind and helpful. Even wrote sorry on the box. In the end we got our breadsticks and they also offered a credit first.

“My husband and I were attending to some business in the area and decided to grab a burger prior to leaving for home (it had been a long day).
We stopped in close to 4:30pm and the place was pretty full. There were two staff members working, which I thought was already unusual for that time of day, who were not only attending to us inside but to the drive-through as well.
As there were people around waiting for their meals I thought perhaps some would complain but no one did. Instead, everyone could see how efficiently these two staff members worked together and how pleasant the counter person and the other member, who was entirely focused on their preparations, were that it was actually quite impressive to observe.
In what seemed like no real time at all, we had all been served, given our food, and just like that the rush was over! :)
When my husband and I were finished our food I made it a point to go back to the counter to ask the names of the staff persons there and I want to send a HUGE, HUGE shout-out to Josh and Wes!
You two should be acknowledged for how well you handled that sudden influx of customers by delivering GREAT customer service, delicious, hot food, and for taking such pride in the cleanliness of the restaurant.

I hope the owners get to see this review because you two (Josh and Wes) did a FANTASTIC job at representing them today.

“This Dairy Queen is the absolute best Dairy Queen in the Niagara region. The complete staff and management are excellent. I eat there once a week. They’re always happy polite with every customer I have never had one complaint nor I ever heard anyone give a complaint. I give them a five star five star Service cleanliness of the restaurant and always happy! Keep up the good work guys each one of us are amazing employees your boss must be overjoyed!“

“I did not know Pizza Hut moved a few blocks down, found it. 😀 Mahadi was very nice taking my order, I just wanted a simple order and pizza for a low price under my budget. He made me a small pan dish pepperoni 🍕 with a bottle of Pepsi. I was happy with it, hot to bite in but still a good pizza. Pizza Hut for me is just a quick go to place for a pan dish. Haven’t had it in more than 25 years. So 4 ⭐️ from me out of 5.“

“Friendly staff and tasty treats. Prices are overboard nowadays and certain items come up slightly more expensive than advertised on the sign. Super Smoothie was listed as 9.19 but at the register, it was 9.29. Not a crazy difference but what else could be wrong?“

“It’s my first time and hope everytime i will taste subway from here. Specially thanks to “Hasmeen”. I just say one thing you have to try subway made by her. Really delicious totally stuffed and well maintained. Her nature is really polite. I appreciate the owner cuz having that type of employee.“

“I have a severe egg allergy, and the kind staff at this location went above and beyond my expectations. I typically get just the gloves changed, just because in the fast food industry I do understand it can be very busy and cross contamination cannot be guaranteed.

The staff who were serving me and my family opened new toppings to make sure my food was not touched by other sauces or toppings that include eggs.
