This Dairy Queen is the absolute best Dairy Queen in the Niagara region. The complete staff and management are excellent. I eat there once a week. They’re always happy polite with every customer I have never had one complaint nor I ever heard anyone give a complaint. I give them a five star five star Service cleanliness of the restaurant and always happy! Keep up the good work guys each one of us are amazing employees your boss must be overjoyed!
Went in to get 2 small blizzards and a cone. they did the upside down test on ONE blizzard only. keep in mind i live not evem 5 mins away and bybthe time i got home my blizzard (no upside test done) is like soup. Melted. so i called. apparently "i should have checked it before leaving" and "they only have to do the upside down test on one blizzard pwr order" is what i was told and all they would do to rectify it was id have to drive back and theyd give me a medium size. i am so...read full review
