“The serving sizes of things like fries, chicken fingers, and ice cream are inconsistent. You never get less than what is advertised, but sometimes you get more - so not really a complaint. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bathroom is something nightmares are made of. The service is fast and friendly. The views and atmosphere both times we went is amazing. My kids loved the novelty of an ice cream caboose.“

“Always go through the drive thru, that's the reason for atmosphere score. They are fast and have cars pull up if it's a big order, to avoid line in drive thru. Friendly staff and ive been eating it for the past at least 3 months, most girls there have a very pleasant attitude.“

Okay so here it goes pranjal was working her nightshift and we ordered uber pick up it was lime 45 minutes and we were hungry so we went in there and told her to cancel it as we are really hungry so she being so nice she said pls sir i. Will first give you samosas then sandwiches and momos that way you can eat a little and not wait for straight 45 minutes. That was a really sweet gesture. My coworkers and I decided to order subs for lunch via DoorDash. When my order arrived, it was missing more than half the order. Not sure what happened, and frankly I don’t even care. I called Jersey Mikes and spoke with the manager, Damien. He agreed that a mistake had occurred and promised to make it right. He corrected the order, asked me where I worked and told me that he would bring the food himself!!! And 20 minutes later, he did just that!!! Myself and my coworkers are so grateful for him! We only get a 30 minute lunch break, and if we had to reorder and wait for another dasher, we wouldn’t have been able to eat (we work in healthcare). Damien is truly an asset to Jersey Mikes and needs to be promoted to VP! And to the rest of the staff, you are all amazing also. The food is always great, and everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. Customer service is not an easy job, but the staff at NF Jersey Mikes are the absolute best!! Came here yesterday for the first time with my uncle getting a quick bite before we resumed our work, i got the pepperoni meatball sub, very good impossible to eat without getting sauce everywhere but very good, loved how some of the meatballs had a bit char on it added more flavour, the fries were good too, thick,crunchy and soft on the inside. Yummy!
And the service was amazing after we had finished eating my uncle got up to put his tray away and a worker quickly came over and did it instead“

“Its Dairy Queen, the ice cream is good, tastes great, no issues there. On one visit earlier this year we got a different flavor blizzard than what we ordered (still ate it, it was pretty good.)

The employees, however, need some training or help. It seems they are more interested in finishing talking to each other or their friends rather than customers. How about a little eye contact when talking also (kinda makes you feel like they are actually LISTENING to the order?)“
