amazing customer service and food

Couldn't get my order correct. Even after I said what I would like to the kitchen staff, it still wasn't made correctly. What is so difficult about a bacon cheese burger wrapped in lettuce with only mustard and extra pickles on top? ...and the attitude! You'd think I'd asked for white truffles and Paleta Iberico Bellota ham. Won't be going back to this location. Perhaps order staff can do with some training from the folks at A & W.

So I'm making this review strictly based on the lady who served me. She was sweet, kind, and made ordering a memorable experience. She greeted myself and my partner with a caring, yet professional manner. She was able to answer our questions about the food menu, her customer service skills were perfect.
