This place is going downhill fast, terrible management who doesn't understand the concept of multitasking. People just standing around with a large line. The last time I was here before this experience random people were taking other people's orders causing them to have to give away more food. I can't.

I threw up when i ate here one time because the Burger was too cold it made me gag and then It caused me to Throw up. Go to the one on Lundy's Lane instead They also have cheaper Delivery Fees.Dietary restrictions: If your on a Diet maybe skip this place because if your here you're probably not on a diet

Couldn't get my order correct. Even after I said what I would like to the kitchen staff, it still wasn't made correctly. What is so difficult about a bacon cheese burger wrapped in lettuce with only mustard and extra pickles on top? ...and the attitude! You'd think I'd asked for white truffles and Paleta Iberico Bellota ham. Won't be going back to this location. Perhaps order staff can do with some training from the folks at A & W.

Yesterday I visited the store for first time and it was very annoying experience with me. Me and my friend were go to counter because my friend is looking for a job and I said can i see your manager and the girl asked someone that they wanted to see the manager, there was one girl standing near the fryer and she said in front of everyone currently we are not hiring. I know in recession period nobody have jobs, but at least you should have some etiquettes how deal with the customer. You should come to customer first and talk in pleasant language and you can say we are not hiring. I felt very ashamed that time when she said we are not hiring in front of everyone. Just a request to the management please provide some guidance about the customer service to your team.Thanks

My husband ordered and paid debit. He forgot to redeem his points. So he asked the young guy at the cashier for the Manager, and she did not even bother to come see us to explain! A young girl was that shifts Manager. I was told the Manager is Jason, but he asked this young lady. The point that it was too late to redeem the points after you made your payment, we understand. They could have voided it, and paid again. The lack of customer service on their part is shocking! Don’t eat there!
