“I heard that Friday July 10th was customer appreciation day. Just purchase a drink and you get a free pizza. So l finished work, and went to Pizza Pizza on Ormond St in Thorold. I was served by a friendly worker. I asked if the Apprecitated pizza was still available. He replied yes just in time. I received my delicious free pizza, and brought it to my coworkers fot dinner. They were so happy and appreciated the delicious pizza. Thank you Pizza pizza 🍕“

“I have never posted a review twice for the same place, but Theary truly deserves the recognition. She is by far my favorite staff member. If you have the chance, I highly recommend visiting in the morning so you can be greeted and served by her.
What stands out most is her dedication and work ethic. Many mornings, she is managing the front counter on her own while several other staff members are focused on the drive-thru, yet she still provides exceptional service to every customer. She is incredibly sweet, friendly, and outgoing, and always makes people feel welcome.
Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine kindness keep me coming back. Thank you, Theary, for consistently making every visit such a pleasant experience. “I visited today for the first time and would say the best chicken shawarma platter i have eaten i. Niagara falls ever tbh .. i especially loved the taste n flavour of chicken that i got another small portion of just the chicken

“I stopped in at Arby’s today and just wanted to say what a great experience I had. The restaurant was spotless, the food was fresh, and everything came out exactly as ordered. The girl with the dark hair and glasses who served me was so kind.
My only complaint is the potholes in the driveway, but that’s easy to overlook after such a positive visit. Looking forward to returning soon!

“Often stop here on my way to work. Staff is always prompt, courteous and conscientious. Food is always good, fresh and satisfying portions. I particularly like Harman, who always has a smile on her face and very helpful.“
