“Super good food and lovely customer service. No complaints. Man working at the front with glasses always pleasant and super friendly. A few reviews in and they’re making Sham accusations. Pizza Depot Thorold at 3510 Schmon Parkway’s pizza is so tasty, really good crust and I have trust in each of their employees. Since they opened in the last year, the quality of their staff and food is beyond expectation. In terms of quality, the pizza served here greatly surpasses the other chains . Also, the Man with glasses who works here always allows for such a warm experience and delivers great, meaningful conversation. He makes my day. I can never understand if I come back for the food or service because both are so good! I wish i can give more than 5 stars. Highly recommended!!!“
“This is the best pizza I have ever had from PIZZA PIZZA. I ordered online & had some specific instructions & they followed them perfectly. Usually when I order from PIZZA PIZZA and ask for well done, it never is. The location on Portage in Niagara Falls never got this right.“
“Amazing food, service, and atmosphere to be in. I don’t why everyone one else is super mad and angry about this place. I had a fantastic time with my kids going here to get a coffee and a farmers wrap for breakfast. My kids got the same thing except for the coffee, truly and enjoyable experience. I will be coming back soon for more wonderful experiences like i have been able to get at this place.“
“I went through the drive thru on February 18, 2024. I was so impressed by the friendly service and the professionalism by the team. I was very impressed by Shilpa. She helped me pick a coffee that I have not tried before. I will definitely be back for a Latte .“
“This is by far, the best fries I've ever had. The shawarma is so good I would eat here everyday if I could. The atmosphere and people are amazing, they always keep it clean. Not a 5 star atmosphere, because I consider that to be for places with thematic looks.Parking: In a plaza, so shared with other stores.“
“We tried a burger and poutine today and both were exceptional! Hot juicy burger, and they do not skimp on anything- SO much cheese and gravy on the poutine. My 7-year old said "this is the best poutine in the world!"Customer service was excellent and genuine. I forgot that they were cash only and when I came back with money they were so nice about letting me add to my order even though they had already started it. As we left, they had everything we could need all in the bag ready to go. I cant wait to come back“
“If you are in Canada and you want a local Canadian dessert pastry, you definitely need to get a Beavertail. Basically just a elephant ear with yummy stuff on top. I got one with Nutella and Banana and one called a MEHple which was covered in Canadian made maple syrup.“
“Tried there veggie combo , for a little bit more was able to get large fries , freshly made , plus you can choose up to 10 different toppings. I had grilled pineapple, hot peppers , jalapenos, grilled onions grilled mushrooms, Fantastic will be back . Many other burgers and hot dogs to try . Willing to pay more for fresh items . A would recommend..Vegetarian options: They have lots to choose from , just tell them what you can or can't eat , there help you if they can . Not sure about dietary restrictions ? .Parking: Parking in front of restaurant. Also can park in parking lot in front of many stores near by .Kid-friendliness: Good place for kids to help , I brother have a kids menu? . Also they have a out door patio small but nice .“
“Instantly greeted with a smile and a "Welcome to Mary Browns" when I walked through the door. Customer service is alive and well at this place, which is very rare these days. The food speaks for itself, Mary Browns will always be one of my favorite medium speed food places.“
