Went through drive-thru asked if they had peanut butter cookies, which they do now 🙂 So I ordered my coffee and 1 peanut butter cookie... For the third time in a row now, when I went to eat my peanut butter cookie on my break....it was oatmeal raisin in the bag instead of my highly anticipated peanut butter cookie!! I hate oatmeal raisin cookies by the way...I work long shifts and unable to just drive back to get it replaced, when my order should have been correct...read full review
Extremely slow in the mornings as of the last few weeks. 2-3 vehicles will takes about 10 minutes
For the sake of this review im going to assume that the franchisee is named Steve.... Steve what are you doing my guy, like I want us to be friends I do, but if you are going to keep hiring staff who fail to correctly take an order then we have to break up.
