Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers quality food at a decent price. The parking area has over 35 spots and is kid-friendly with a colorful menu. While some customers suggest changing the brand of mustard, others mention smaller portions of ice cream but appreciate the friendly service and cleanliness of the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility is provided with ramps and outside seating. The restaurant is described as clean, spacious, and with good taste, despite some mixed reviews on customer service and portion sizes.
The staff is nice, and they fulfill customer requests. The restaurant is decorated nicely for the holidays, and the young man has very nice handwriting for the cake. The burgers are sloppy and delicious. The service is not the friendliest, but it's decent. The ice cream tastes really good, but the medium dipped cone was lopsided. The restaurant has 4 bench tables and a bunch of high chairs, and it's not the biggest place. Customers can get a key to enter the restroom.
The restaurant is small, so it can get packed during peak tourist season. The 6-piece chicken basket took a while to get done, but it was hot and tasty. The Texas toast, which customers get in the states, is lacking, and the gravy is brown beef gravy instead of the white chicken gravy. However, the gravy was good and something different. The fries were plentiful, and the overall visit was good.
