Visit was for my husbands birthday trip. View was nice. Dinner was really good, drinks too. We had martinis, salad, NY strip and lobster. Place more elegant than Italian place the night before so I was happy about that. Server gave my husband a nice dessert for his birthday - very nice. Only negative was the service was stressed. The food was well prepared and flavorful but served cooler than I like especially the meat.
Great location, great view of the Falls and fireworks. Great steaks and accompaniments. Salads were OK. Croutons for Caesar salad tasted gluteny and dressing on wedge salad was not house made. Bread was a cut baguette. Very expensive for what you get but you pay for the view. No table cloth, table was sticky, not high end dining. Caters to tourists.

The staff is commended for their kind and welcoming service, with outstanding and great service noted.
