Made a friend, which I always seem to do. It's a cute place, with tons of coffee beans and drinks, outside seating, plus front and rear rooms for hanging out. Sorry there aren't any pictures.“

“Went for a chocolate factory tour and the owner was absolutely amazing! The history is incredible and the chocolate is outstanding. They not only have an awesome store,they ship anywhere and they also offer ice cream, specialty coffee and hot chocolate. You can also order a icecream cake or icecream pie. “The staff is so friendly!! I have like three main drinks that I'll get and this time I got a peach iced green tea with acai strawberry base. I can always tell when they didn't mix the base in well cuz it tastes bitter or leaves a bad taste in your mouth, or if they didn't put enough or too much. And often I get a bad drink. This was perfect! The perfect color. My whole family ordered and they got all 9 drinks out in the first 6 mins!

Many say that they don't talk to you or you have to wait. I mean it's in NY, near Niagara and the border.... So it will so busy.
But they are amazing at their job! I travel around the country, and get Starbucks all the time. This was by far one of the best starbucks! Steven is an amazing barista!“

“This is by far one is the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to the staff is very sensitive to those who have a hearing disabilities and go above and beyond to communicate clearly staff have gone as far as using pendant paper to write things down to communicate with me as well as using their cell phone to text so I can read what they’re trying to say this made me feel really good“

“I only came in for a butter tart, and saw the Vanilla Florentine as well. They had an assortment of tarts, pastries, and other bakery items. I ultimately went with the chocolate butter pecan. It did not disappoint. Not overly sweet, sticking to its roots. The chocolate and pecans really elevated the sweet desert to a level of awesomeness.

The Vanilla Florentine, was not overly sweet, was nutty, and enjoyable. Definently worth the try.

Staff could have been more welcoming and inviting but sadly that was not the case. Either way, definently a good spot for some butter tarts!“

“Every location is very different. Some are good summer not so good. I’ve been dealing with with I actually like I spend way too much there. The food has improved a lot more selection. I will say that in their coffee is the best with Starbucks as well. I won’t lie both are very good. I just don’t like certain people’s attitudes. I have a puppy and there’s a lot of nationalities coming in from other countries that don’t want to give Tim bits to my little puppy and she’s a Teacup MORKIE so I find that very sad and just wrong pure mean especially when you’re spending so much money at an establishment to treat your little pop like that is horrifying not all but most in Toronto are getting they don’t want to give Tim bits away like Starbucks does for the puppies pup cup?“

“All I have to say is ... Ashley. I've never ordered from your place before maybe because I don't drink coffee? Anyway I work overnights, and decided to stop because the line wasn't around the building as usual(this was at 740 a. m., fyi, on the 16th.)and my kid said to try it so I did... let me tell you she was a breath of fresh air from the first second of contact. Makes you feel heard, important, guided me through my order it was amazing.. the lady at the window was wonderful as well, and brought Ashley to the window so I could tell her that even if I may end up not liking the food(which she hurriedly said is delicious!),I would come order again because of her. “This company brings their delicious coffee to our Wyoming County Fair every year! Can you believe it?! I enjoy it all week long. They retail their great ground and beans also right there. I like a strong brew and they have the best. So I can take some home. But if you prefer something else, they can fix you right up too! Highly recommend!“

“I ordered some Munchkins and some breakfast items. The Munchkins were fine, but I did find it odd that they were all different sizes - some were really small but other were normal sized.

The breakfast food was good, hot and fresh.

This store has only one kiosk when it needs more, as it gets pretty busy.“

“This is by far one of the best Timmys this side of Niagara Falls.
Is it busy, yes, does the parking lot stink, yes, but the service is amazing.

If you've gone there in the past month you've likely been served by Tyler or had him take your order. This kid is so kind every single time. I always know that if he takes my order or makes my order it will be correct. Thank you Tyler

Also, Michael taller, thin boy usually at the window, also amazing. Very kind as well.

There is a taller lady there as well, she was transferred over to this store from Kalar / McLeod Road, she's incredible too.

I will call the 3 of them the dream team when I come through.
