I got their in house blend cafe au lait. Unfortunately, I came a bit late after 4pm, so their bakery selection has not so many option left.“

“Went for a chocolate factory tour and the owner was absolutely amazing! The history is incredible and the chocolate is outstanding. They not only have an awesome store,they ship anywhere and they also offer ice cream, specialty coffee and hot chocolate. You can also order a icecream cake or icecream pie. “I only came in for a butter tart, and saw the Vanilla Florentine as well. They had an assortment of tarts, pastries, and other bakery items. I ultimately went with the chocolate butter pecan. It did not disappoint. Not overly sweet, sticking to its roots. The chocolate and pecans really elevated the sweet desert to a level of awesomeness.

The Vanilla Florentine, was not overly sweet, was nutty, and enjoyable. Definently worth the try.

Staff could have been more welcoming and inviting but sadly that was not the case. Either way, definently a good spot for some butter tarts!“

“The staff is so friendly!! I have like three main drinks that I'll get and this time I got a peach iced green tea with acai strawberry base. I can always tell when they didn't mix the base in well cuz it tastes bitter or leaves a bad taste in your mouth, or if they didn't put enough or too much. And often I get a bad drink. This was perfect! The perfect color. My whole family ordered and they got all 9 drinks out in the first 6 mins!

Many say that they don't talk to you or you have to wait. I mean it's in NY, near Niagara and the border.... So it will so busy.
But they are amazing at their job! I travel around the country, and get Starbucks all the time. This was by far one of the best starbucks! Steven is an amazing barista!“

“Every location is very different. Some are good summer not so good. I’ve been dealing with with I actually like I spend way too much there. The food has improved a lot more selection. I will say that in their coffee is the best with Starbucks as well. I won’t lie both are very good. I just don’t like certain people’s attitudes. I have a puppy and there’s a lot of nationalities coming in from other countries that don’t want to give Tim bits to my little puppy and she’s a Teacup MORKIE so I find that very sad and just wrong pure mean especially when you’re spending so much money at an establishment to treat your little pop like that is horrifying not all but most in Toronto are getting they don’t want to give Tim bits away like Starbucks does for the puppies pup cup?“

“All I have to say is ... Ashley. I've never ordered from your place before maybe because I don't drink coffee? Anyway I work overnights, and decided to stop because the line wasn't around the building as usual(this was at 740 a. m., fyi, on the 16th.)and my kid said to try it so I did... let me tell you she was a breath of fresh air from the first second of contact. Makes you feel heard, important, guided me through my order it was amazing.. the lady at the window was wonderful as well, and brought Ashley to the window so I could tell her that even if I may end up not liking the food(which she hurriedly said is delicious!),I would come order again because of her.
