“The staff is so friendly!! I have like three main drinks that I'll get and this time I got a peach iced green tea with acai strawberry base. I can always tell when they didn't mix the base in well cuz it tastes bitter or leaves a bad taste in your mouth, or if they didn't put enough or too much. And often I get a bad drink. This was perfect! The perfect color. My whole family ordered and they got all 9 drinks out in the first 6 mins!

Many say that they don't talk to you or you have to wait. I mean it's in NY, near Niagara and the border.... So it will so busy.
But they are amazing at their job! I travel around the country, and get Starbucks all the time. This was by far one of the best starbucks! Steven is an amazing barista!“

The staff was friendly and accommodating even though it was the evening, close to their closing time.

Their strawberry cheesecake was very creamy, with A LOT of strawberries to top it, which was very fun. In a way, it was enough strawberries for every bite. It also wasn't overly sugary, which I liked a lot.“

“All I have to say is ... Ashley. I've never ordered from your place before maybe because I don't drink coffee? Anyway I work overnights, and decided to stop because the line wasn't around the building as usual(this was at 740 a. m., fyi, on the 16th.)and my kid said to try it so I did... let me tell you she was a breath of fresh air from the first second of contact. Makes you feel heard, important, guided me through my order it was amazing.. the lady at the window was wonderful as well, and brought Ashley to the window so I could tell her that even if I may end up not liking the food(which she hurriedly said is delicious!),I would come order again because of her. She really hits the spot when it comes to early morning blues ..thank you for hiring her, and the staff as well was very quick and everything was delicious, by the way .... Oh if you need to know I ordered 10 timbits, 2 egg and cheese scrambled croissant sandwiches, and a hash brown . Was amazing and I got 2 meals out of it!!
Hope she gets to hear about this, as well as the young blonde lady at the window when I pulled up... Will definitely be back!!!“

“This company brings their delicious coffee to our Wyoming County Fair every year! Can you believe it?! I enjoy it all week long. They retail their great ground and beans also right there. I like a strong brew and they have the best. So I can take some home. But if you prefer something else, they can fix you right up too! Highly recommend!“

“I stop here every morning on my way to work. Always friendly and smiling. Great service. They even like my dog Bear. Always spoiling him with donuts. They know my order when I go through the drive thru or if I walk in they have it ready when I get to the counter.“

It's also open early enough for me to grab something before morning classes, and the crowd is still reasonable even if you come here during the lunch rush.
