“The best Timmy's I've been to in the area. They need to teach other locations. Food and service above all the others. I never liked it.. only came here cause of my kids but decided wth..I got a breakfast bagel and coffee and it was excellent. I will keep coming to this location for sure“
“Had the new waffle breakfast sandwiches and they were awesome!!!!! Everything you get here is. Wanted to get one but it was always past breakfast service. Now that Serv breakfast all day is wonderful because I could eat breakfast food at every meal. Very friendly staff as well.“
“Try the bagelbites!!! They have a cinnamon one with cinnamon cream cheese OR the everything bagel with everything cream cheese which is amazing!! (They also have regular bagel with regular cream cheese). These are a little bigger than a Timbit. Served warm. The cream cheese is INSIDEEEE the bite. Love love! I highly recommend.“

“Very few places nail every part of the experience but this place does. Food was amazing. They mill their own flower in house and you can see them do it. The baked goods are fresh and delicious. The coffee was some of the best I’ve had. The service was top shelf. They had a line on a busy Saturday morning but they moved it quickly and it never affected the quality of the service“
“Got a Harazi coffee and slice of beehive. I was going between that coffee and a Turkish coffee and the person working at the counter said he liked that one better. It was very hot but so delicious as well. One bite of the beehive and you will be in love. It’s sweet but not overly sweet. Would totally recommend checking this place out if you are in the area!“
“We had a wonderful time at Buckminster’s Cat Cafe. The food and coffee is delicious. I love my Calico cafe. These kitties are very sweet and healthy. The coffee shop is clean and well design. I cant stand of buying cute stuffs here. Strongly recommend this place!!! We definitely will visit next time.“

“Great chocolate! Beautiful, display, store and factory. Huge selection. This was an experience. Lots of fun. They've got dining in. Lots of seating. Lokked like a cafe separate but adjacent to the store and factory. TVs, a fireplace. Stunning architecture at the Wurlitzer in North Tonawanda. Plenty of parking. Very well managed. Outstanding service. On top of all that there's beer breweries on both sides of the store. It's really amazing!“

I had a issue with my order, I called and immediately was able to speak to someone who not only refunded the incorrect charge, but made sure my order was okay, and let me know it would arrive most likely by the end of the day! Not to mention FREE local delivery! Old school customer service, and great coffee.“
