Foods usually good from Tim's but I waited 5 whole minutes after I already got my drink for my food. Only for it to come out burnt. The workers were nice for the most part but this really threw me off. Other than waiting and getting burnt food it was good. I love Tim's but this location might not be the best
I live in Canada, and I come to this location literally just to see Caleb. The service from this young man is always above and beyond. Whatever they’re paying him, it’s not enough.

Normally, this is my go-to spot . Employees in drive-thru are some of the best, and the service is spot on. Today 3/15/24 line was 2 long in drive thru, so I parked and went inside. I waited 6 minutes and left. There were 2 people a head of me, hadn't even been waited on yet. I understand you may have a shortage of morning workers but the older lady shouldn't be alone there should be at least 2 for counter help!
