“Ordered chicken panini with mayo and chipotle sauce . First one made was super soggy, falling apart just from picking it up! Went back since my mother is staying upstairs, lynden*** was very kind and tried to fix the situation, he wasn’t able to do the refund so he remade it nice and crispy but forgot the mayo and chipotle sauce. I don’t know the women’s name but sitting there I watched her waste 3 chicken paninis alone and my ordered came up before a hospital staff member that was there before me, when speaking with lynden*** the women comes from the back stating she never made a panini like the one I ordered today… also she was in sight of customers fixing her hair and then going back into the office standing in the doorway(didn’t see her wash her hands afterwards, not good near food when hair and particles are flying around while you’re flipping it back into a bun). Thanks to lynden** for trying to fix it, he did make it crispy how I like, just forgot the sauces but he is very kind and polite.“

“Food was normal Tim Hortons fare, with almost attentive service, but the location really struck me with the width of the aisle which, even though I’m not in a wheelchair anymore, it is still something I notice. Restroom had two restrooms, each was shown on door as being three kinds which really impressed me. Family/Female/Male for both was completely outside my norm so was thrilled to share how very clean and more than big enough for a wheelchair. And enough space to access the restroom too with wider than normal aisle.“

I stopped in after hearing they reopened and even had the opportunity to see the original owner while I was there. I grabbed a couple of doughnuts, and they were AMAZING — just as good as I remember them!

There’s something about coming back to a place you remember and finding out the quality and taste are still there. Now, do I need to go back for more doughnuts? Absolutely not 😂… but am I going back anyway? Absolutely!

Highly recommended if you’re in Buffalo and looking for a great sweet treat. Definitely worth the stop, and I’m glad to see Famous Doughnuts back!“

“We were there late morning on a Tuesday. The waitress Sharon was very friendly. We started with the coffee. It was very good and I don’t normally drink coffee. It was a cold day in December though. Needed something to warm me up. I got their 10yr anniversary skillet. Highly recommend it. It has scrambled eggs, spicy Italian sausage, potatoes, green peppers and mozzarella cheese melted over the top. DELICIOUS! My wife had the #3 which is scrambled eggs, home fries and choice of meat (she chose turkey sausage) with Texas toast. She said it hit the spot. Definitely going back again.“

“First time here today and I was just shocked I fell in love with the two beautiful ladies behind the counter the pizza was fantastic. I gave the cinnamon raisin loaf to Ms Marine she had a bible study class was tickled pink, I enjoyed the ricotta cheese with orange peel rind and the crossiant are still waiting their turn!! “This is by far one is the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to the staff is very sensitive to those who have a hearing disabilities and go above and beyond to communicate clearly staff have gone as far as using pendant paper to write things down to communicate with me as well as using their cell phone to text so I can read what they’re trying to say this made me feel really good“

“Your typical Tim's experience. The staff was efficient and cheerful in the morning. The food tasted as you would expect, which is always a good thing. The hill to get to the drive through is always sketchy...especially when the weather is not dry. That would be the only reason I would skip this Tims to go to the next one.“

“Just went here yesterday morning; lady there who took my order was really nice! Very cooperative! I give it 4 stars because of various reasons. They did not have a kiosk option to order so therefore, I had to sit down and look on the app of what I wanted for my breakfast. I then get my order which was a bacon, egg & cheese on a croissant with extra bacon, a chocolate frosted donut, and a large iced french vanilla coffee with extra cream, and extra liquid cane sugar. My croissant kinda looked charred on the outside and I am not too sure if they even added the extra bacon. However, my food was still good and I will likely come here again!“

“This particular Tims on Union road in cheektowaga near Walden Ave has an amazing team I've come too know going through multiple times a day first with my Pittie Emma after the loss of her continuing to come through now with my new pittie mix 🐻 bear.. Super friendly and outgoing even on bad days or busy ones .. “I have aways liked my Tim Horton’s but the service at this one was not good. The employees all looked like they didn’t want to be there! No organization between them either. They we not very polite and the service slow at best. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese which the person putting it together was sloppy, the cream cheese was all over the outside of the bag it was placed in. This store used to be one of the best but not anymore!!!!!“
