I have aways liked my Tim Horton’s but the service at this one was not good. The employees all looked like they didn’t want to be there! No organization between them either. They we not very polite and the service slow at best. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese which the person putting it together was sloppy, the cream cheese was all over the outside of the bag it was placed in. This store used to be one of the best but not anymore!!!!!

Tim Hortons is a welcoming spot where staff are friendly and make an effort to please. Fresh lemons are available for iced tea, a rare perk. However, consistency with orders remains an issue, with mistakes happening regularly, including errors with breakfast sandwiches and drinks. Despite this, the Double Double remains a consistent favorite. The atmosphere can be pleasant, as one guest enjoyed a hot chocolate and breakfast sandwich during a quiet visit, noting the clean and non-sticky tables and friendly cashier who provided jelly when asked. On the downside, service can be slow, and signage inside can be confusing, with the pickup area near the entrance and the order station on the opposite end, causing congestion as customers tend to gather at the pickup side. The staff are engaging and willing to help, and offers to consolidate gift cards are appreciated.
