This location makes mistakes regularly on orders. I started to notice the same crew every time I have issues. Latest issue,, yesterday (Wednesday May 24th) @ 12:30 they forgot sausages on both my breakfast sandwiches. Weeks earlier same order taker/cashier also told me they can not make a decaff Oreo drink (lto) for my son. Next day I asked again (different cashier) and they said they could. Had a bunch of gift cards. Figured, time to use some of them up and thin out the wallet. Staff was very receptive and engaging. Had a steak and cheese panini, vanilla iced cappuccino. Saving the blueberry muffin for later. Hostess offered to consolidate my remaining gift cards. That was very nice!
