Just went to this Tim’s. The Indian man was so nice and a pleasure to be around. He made me smile. Also, this is one of the very FEW Tim’s that gives you fresh lemon for your iced tea. Thank You !!

I was rushed when I came in to the Tim Hortons in Williamsville New York and the guy was rude to me so I decided not to get my order and went somewhere else. I called and talked to A manager at the Williamsville Tom Horton’s in Buffalo, NY and she gave me attitude and told me to come in for free food. I came in today at 2:55pm and she was raising her voice and was very rude to me she had an accent and should told me that they have 1000 customers come thru there place everyday and I was the only one to complain and she didn’t know what my problem was. She gave me the food but was still nasty to me as I left. She told me not to come to that Tim Hortons again there are other one’s to go too. I think that is rude and I felt discriminated against. That was the rudest manager I have ever met and she shouldn’t work there she said her name was Anne

This location makes mistakes regularly on orders. I started to notice the same crew every time I have issues. Latest issue,, yesterday (Wednesday May 24th) @ 12:30 they forgot sausages on both my breakfast sandwiches. Weeks earlier same order taker/cashier also told me they can not make a decaff Oreo drink (lto) for my son. Next day I asked again (different cashier) and they said they could. The Double Double always good but food and cold drinks need some work. Staff is nice when interacting but they need to work on their QC and order consistency.

I walked in, no one greeted me. That’s ok, they may be busy. Stood in line for five minutes. Still nothing. Waited a couple more minutes and then just waLked out. There was literally one other customer in the store! Sad statement on todays work ethic and business. Price of coffee keeps going up, and service keeps going down!!I’m a considerate person and try to be patient. It’s kind of funny because the two people working behind the counter just walked into the back and disappeared. I just stood there. Walk away from these places.

No stars!! Every single time I go here the price is different!! I go almost everyday and order the same thing and my price is different EVERY. SINGLE. DAY!!! Staff has no clue how to get orders correct even after they repeat it back and it's correct on the screen!!! Honestly it's sad to say the TH's chain is going down the tubes, over pricing and workers who plainly don't care!!! Time to start making breakfast at home, well worth the extra 20-30 mins of getting up earlier.
