“I am typically a daily morning customer around 645am and there are three particular employees that deserve recognition for the friendly service they provide on a daily basis. Unfortunately I do not know the name of the young male manager and young girl drive thru attendant (I believe her name starts with a J) but I do know that the other worker is a young man named Kam. I just feel it is necessary to recognize and commend their friendly attitude and service that I receive every morning. I hope that your company will treat them well to maintain their loyalty and hard work and that they may be rewarded in the very new future as they truly deserve it.

“For the second time at the tim hortons on mckinley and southwestern in a row the girl in the drive through was Sara. She was so bubbly, friendly and very good. She had made it not a chore to go through the drive through. Not like many of the curmudgeonly ones I come across(not just Tim Hortons by the way). I just wanted her to get recognized for the great job she is doing.“

I feel like tuna fish at a tim Hortons is a wild idea, but it was good and I had a nice coffee. It's a very scenic Tim Hortons as you can see the lake. “The drink was good. I got a triple mocha coffee chiller. The prices are… okay. The customer service was good. Wait time was little to none, my drink tasted good, and I saved myself 2 bucks on the app. I wish the deals were better, and it wasn’t as expensive. I guess that’s everything nowadays.“

She runs a tight ship and all her employees are well mannered they maintain a perfect atmosphere for me as well as other customers to come in and enjoy a nice cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich from time to time“

“Stopped into TH while waiting for my car to be serviced. I orders a breakfast sandwich and the employee helping me, Hysteria, suggested I have it a little different adding butter and chipotle sauce. It was the best breakfast and wishbone ever had!!! She was so helpful and made my visit and my day start out so much better!!! Thank you to her and the entire staff working today for being so friendly and helpful!!“

“Tim Hortons has the best coffee I’m a big fan of their coffee and sandwiches Went to this particular Tim Hortons while in Buffalo It looked good and was well stocked with the amazing Tim Hortons tumblers coffee and all
However was disappointed with the dark roast coffee tasted a little off
The coffee was double the price than in Canada Disappointing!!
There was no body there to buy coffee for the time I was there
The ambiance was good and the service fine“
