“While not a perfect location, this in my opinion is one of the better Tim Hortons in Lockport. I consistently get breakfast wraps from Tim Hortons and this one usually gets it right the most. Unfortunately, like any fast food place you go to, trash in the drive thru, and customers seem to think they have cart blanche to behave like complete swill. But I digress. Jules on sandwich station means your food should come out correctly.“
“The service from the front desk was excellent. Her name is DEE. She was very good communicative and also a server, provided the breakfast for my family fairly quickly. Restroom ? was little bit on colder side but clean. I’m not from the neighbourhood, and came here first time but had positive vibes from the team working here. “There are definitely some issues with this place. The coffee is made wrong, or is such poor quality it should not be given to a customer, quite often. At this particular location, however, the problem is NOT the workers. Just look at the parking lot, it looks like a stagecoach trail!! It's littered with potholes in the summer and if it gets plowed in the winter it's a quick run through at best. If there is any lack in customer appreciation I highly doubt they appreciate their workers!!“
“I have to tell you that Dominique makes this place. There is never a morning that she doesn't put a smile on my face. She has the sweetest most positive personality ever! Oh and she just loves my doggo. I would follow her to any Tim's. She just absolutely makes the experience and my whole day brighter. She deserves all the raises.“

“Lake Effect always has delicious seasonal offerings. We got their Eclipse Cone for family coming to town for the eclipse. The Butterbeer ice cream, chocolate coating, and delicious sprinkles in the cone made it a tasty treat everyone was commenting on.“
