I went with Peanut Stick with great expectations because I had read about it while planning my trip to Buffalo, but I thought it was bad. Very sugary and oily… and I like sweet things. It cost 2 dollars. I should have chosen the regular donuts as they looked better. I ordered a vanilla cappuccino with cream and it was delicious, it cost $2.99. I thought things were reasonably priced, I just don't recommend Peanut Stick.
This Paula's Donut Shop is a beautiful area. It's like a piece of paradise right in downtown Buffalo NY. It's in the 1st ward area of Larkin Square. What a quaint little village type area. It's definitely come a long way from the way it was years ago. But this Paula's is straight down Seneca Street. It's in a beautiful building and it's adorable.
