Well tim hortons now none to be single hortons has gone down hill the 5years or more the service usually sucks that don't get the orders right then when you ask for your money back that act like thay don't know what your talking about.... tim horton him self would turn over in his grave if he seen this happen to his Canadian coffee shop
Matthew was very nice and patient with the app. He took the time to try different options to see which rewards would stick. Most employees at the different Tim H'SI have been to tend not to know how to use the app or explain it to me..
