Starbucks Coffee Company is a beautiful new location on Grand Island. The building itself is beautiful, with a spacious indoor and outdoor environment to meet and relax with friends. The atmosphere is incredibly positive, and the baristas are always friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice.
The service is consistently fast and quick. While a minor mix-up with a drive-thru order was noted, the response was remarkable, going above and beyond to correct it. Staff provide nice details, like an extra hot beverage or an unexpected cake pop, which makes the experience better. The coffee tastes good and amazing, and snacks are available.
The space is spacious enough, so you are never fighting for a seat or an outlet. However, the restrooms need a lot of attention, with reports of no soap and sticky, smelly floors. Overall, it is a great location with favorite Starbucks coffee and friendly staff.
