Went through drive through with my dog in the car and they had dog treats wrapped up right there at the window to give out! The way to my heart is definitely through my dog, so I was more than impressed with this little extra surprise!
This place is very good in food and customer service. A employee Divya was very nice towards me and my family which was one of my main reasons why I really liked this place. Definitely recommend!!🙂
Divya was by far the best employee in this location. Her warmth and hospitality was very welcoming and sweet.... you cam truly tell she has an amazing heart. She even remembers her customers well. We dont live here and are visiting from the USA came to this yummy location 2 times, and both times we were greeted as if she knew us from long ago!!!!!! 😉

Overall, many customers consider this the best Tim Hortons in Niagara Falls, thanks to top-notch service and a welcoming atmosphere.
