I ordered a Grande Hot Caramel Macchiato, and this is what I received for nearly $8.
At this point, I’m left wondering whether half of my coffee disappeared before it reached me, or whether your staff are actually trained to serve a drink this way. Either explanation is unacceptable.

I stopped through the drive thru for breakfast and a DELICIOUS banana bread matcha, and Luis at the window was super friendly and we had a nice conversation about all the new menu items!! Thank you for a great start to my day!!
