Horrible service....20 mins for a bagel and I'm late for class
Waited in line 20 minutes, couldn’t even get to the counter. Only 1 staff to make Mobile orders and counter orders.
Very disappointing and concerning.
I noticed small plastic particles on the inside of my Tim Hortons cup lid, which is honestly alarming. This is a hot beverage lid, and having bits of plastic so close to where you drink feels unsafe and unhygienic. Quality control clearly needs improvement because this can be a serious health concern. I expect much better standards from a brand as big as Tim Hortons. Definitely made me rethink ordering hot drinks here.
