I have been coming to my favourite getaway for years, WO. I have never been disappointed. We were very pleased with the service from all the staff. However we would like to recognize Serk. She was so attentive to our family, making sure we had what we needed. At the same time getting to know us. It was more conversational than transactional. This really added an extra level of service. Thank you Serk for being absolutely amazing.
