This is the only Arby's I've gone to and it's PERFECT every time. Unfortunately many corporate restaurants don't represent the food the way it's meant to be. You can tell this owner hires the right people, trains well and most likely pays good to keep them. All the food you order is in the bag, correct with sauces, straws and napkins.

Nice restaurant and the employees are friendly too. Especially Alex and Pat, great people.I would give it five stars if I didnt have to look up at the ceiling tiles and see brown stains all over it. That was gnarly. Fix the major water leaks. And bring back the beef on kimmelwick. Arbys had it years ago.And the crinkle fries are mey.Get real straight fries.Overall a nice Arbys.Parking: Good size parking lot.And clean too.

So, I have always enjoyed this location, friendly staff and clean. However, after miscommunication and me getting the wrong order, they went above and beyond to fix the order and then some. I had made it to another store and wanted something to eat before getting groceries (so then I didn't buy the whole store) and while sitting in the parking lot I noticed my order was wrong AND they forgot my cookie...I was a little upset but I called them back quickly when I realized they charged...read full review
