Haven't been to arby's in a long time. This experience reminded me why. The food wasn't great, but passable for fast food. My visit was at 2:30 pm, well past the lunch crowd and this place was filthy, tables and floors. Won't be back soon, NOT sorry

I always order the Crispy Fish when they have it. OMG the amount of lettuce they put on the sandwich feels like eating a bed of grass. Lettuce falling all over the place, I have to keep plucking lettuce off my shirt. I'll make sure I say LIGHT LETTUCE next time. I've always loved Arby's food! This particular location's drive up people are always friendly and courteous! I have had only one instance where my order was incorrect. They had just forgotten the cheese dip for my fries. The atmosphere doesn't apply here.
Didn't go into Arby's itself, just the drive-thru, but the service was great! The order was double-checked at the window, and the food was good!

This is the only Arby's I've gone to and it's PERFECT every time. Unfortunately many corporate restaurants don't represent the food the way it's meant to be. You can tell this owner hires the right people, trains well and most likely pays good to keep them. All the food you order is in the bag, correct with sauces, straws and napkins.

Ordered chicken wrap combo, it was like trying to chew shoe leather, chicken was over cooked and dry as could possibly be.Took it back and told them to throw it in the garage. Never offered something else. We spent $31.00 for this terrible food.I am not a fussy eater but this was ridiculous. Don't waist you money on this garbage...
