Chipotle Mexican Grill in Williamsville

“I originate from Jersey. My family was traveling through from a trip to Niagara Falls. My wife has severe dairy allergy so chipotle is often safe. We visited a chipotle 10 minutes away. That Chipotle was not clean, the staff did not seem attentive and we got the general feeling it would not be safe to eat there.

Coming to this Chipotle we were served by Eric. When my wife told him she had a dairy allergy before she finished speaking he started to change his gloves and offered to get her items from the back to minimize any chance of contamination.

The location was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Eric especially offered us an allergen card which we’ve never been offered before at any Chipotle. This helped us to feel safe.

I highly recommend this location for anyone with allergies and hats off to Eric for not only going above and beyond but truly servicing my family well as we passed through!“

“I actually was there that day 03/19/26The situation described is simply not true, the staff at chiplote remained professional throughout the interaction and did not engage in any yelling inappropriate language or discriminatory behavior they treated the customers with respect everyone was being helped it honestly feels exaggerated no one was being discriminated against and the employees were doing there jobs like normal saying things like this can mess up peoples jobs when it’s not true not saying every place is perfect but this review doesn’t match the actual event that occurred.“
