Chipotle Mexican Grill in Williamsville

“Loved this Chipotle! ALL of their bins was full of different choices of fresh protein, veggies etc. First went to the one in Cheektowaga you get the bottom of the bin and a scoop of this or that. Nope walked right out of this piece of crap and googled another Chipotle found this one and will only continue to come here. Service and food by far is sooo much better!! Cheektowaga need to close and revamp that entire establishment starting with the staff and then food prep take notes! They were very busy and was still in and out in a reasonable amount of time.“

“I actually was there that day 03/19/26The situation described is simply not true, the staff at chiplote remained professional throughout the interaction and did not engage in any yelling inappropriate language or discriminatory behavior they treated the customers with respect everyone was being helped it honestly feels exaggerated no one was being discriminated against and the employees were doing there jobs like normal saying things like this can mess up peoples jobs when it’s not true not saying every place is perfect but this review doesn’t match the actual event that occurred.“
