“I’m changing my rating on service to 1 star from 5!star. today a black girl doing the take out switched our order and sent us wrong non-veg food instead of veg food. We lost our money. Infact she wasn’t calling out the names once the order is ready while we were made to wait for more than 10 mins beyond the actual scheduled time.“

“I actually was there that day 03/19/26The situation described is simply not true, the staff at chiplote remained professional throughout the interaction and did not engage in any yelling inappropriate language or discriminatory behavior they treated the customers with respect everyone was being helped it honestly feels exaggerated no one was being discriminated against and the employees were doing there jobs like normal saying things like this can mess up peoples jobs when it’s not true not saying every place is perfect but this review doesn’t match the actual event that occurred.“
