“Let me say straight up, I love me some Chipotle. This location gets busy and due to such does get a little dirty and yes, runs out of product at times. Example, I along with a half dozen others had to wait for chicken and honey chicken because they ran out and where making more. That's a downfall but the upside is 15-20 minutes later I got me some amazing fresh honey chicken which is really that good.
The staff also are not skimpy with the food at all and yes I'm a big boy and left totally full! Here is a tip, they have a bathroom but get the code for the door when checking out and moreover, get the Chipotle app so you can get points and free food. You already know, I'll be back!“
“Hi Chipotle. Let's talk about this. I was driving back home from a weekend in Baltimore with my daughter and we decided to hit up your restaurant in Orchard Park. It was a Sunday. It was around 3:00 pm.
The staff were weary and the kitchen area looked like a small but effective bomb had gone off. There were a number of boxes that were being filled with bowls and burritos - presumably for the large, angry, middle-aged (LAMA) lady standing near the register.
When it came out time to order, the guy serving us did the best he could to orchestrate a killer burrito at my request. He gave me a safety warning that it was *possible* that the burrito might explode due to the goodness inside the tightly wrapped tortilla.
We paid and took our meals to a table.
No sooner did we sit down, that the LAMA lady collected her fourth or fifth box of food to take out to her car. Upon her receipt of the final box, she seemed to think it was necessary to tear a strip off the worker helping her. I couldn't hear everything, but her LAMA self was tough to miss.
The young worker looked bewildered as she stood at the receiving end of a diatribe coming out of the troll-like yapper of the LAMA lady.
The LAMA lady huffed, puffed and walked her large self out of the restaurant. The young worker kept her cool.
My burrito successfully exploded upon the first bite.
For these reasons, I award you five glowing stars and can only hope that I have a similar experience at the next Chipotle I dine at.
Shout out to the Coca Cola warehouse guy I was talking to in line. Congrats to you and your wife on the upcoming birth of your first baby. Wishing you and your family health and happiness.“
