Garbage by the entryway, and the chips were so soaked in disgusting oil that the bag was sodden and they were truly inedible. My car still smells like used fryer oil and the stain from setting the bag down on my weather liner still smells terrible.
Tell me nobody at this location cares about food without telling me.
Never even got my cheese for the chips and paid for a large order of chips....my oh my what a jip. Very upsetting being it our first time eating here.
The guacamole is clearly gone bad. This is unacceptable. There is no way a rational person would think this cup of guacamole was acceptable to be given to a customer.

Chipotle Mexican Grill serves great food, with easily customizable and wide vegetarian options. While the atmosphere can be messy, the staff are usually friendly. Online orders are consistently amazing, but in-store service can be hit-or-miss. Some staff members provide exceptional customer service. The food is always amazing. It is kid friendly and wheelchair accessible.
