What a terrible store! Hardly any food out and the incompetent server was awful. No smile and I got the worst chicken bowl ever! I WON’T be going back to Chipotle on Milestrip in Hamburg NY!
I wouldn’t come here again just basing the fact, the places disgustingly dirty. The bathrooms are gross. The floor has been washed in weeks. If this is what the dining room looks like what does the kitchen look like?
The service has gone down since they have open.. they were out of everything during a dinner rush... no white rice but the person behind had just finished make it and was looking for containers. Chicken had 10 min wait...they were almost out of brown rice. No specialty drinks only soda fountain drinks. Stuff was spilled all over the floor.

Chipotle Mexican Grill serves great food, with easily customizable and wide vegetarian options. While the atmosphere can be messy, the staff are usually friendly. Online orders are consistently amazing, but in-store service can be hit-or-miss. Some staff members provide exceptional customer service. The food is always amazing. It is kid friendly and wheelchair accessible.
