“Tia and The Irishman are the people and place to work with if you want to host a large party for some drinks and great food. Tia made sure to make our experience unforgettable. Our guests enjoyed a relaxing fun atmosphere. We had about 90 guests in the back room and I swear that you did not wait more than 5 seconds to get a drink, it was unbelievable. Also the food, was amazing. The service, quality, and communication could not have been better. I cannot thank Tia and her team enough! Thank you so much for making our wedding welcome party so special!“

“Hands down amazing food. we stopped in after a long day of shopping and I am so glad we did. the service was great. the food was honest to God phenomenal. so good that we all shared bites to appreciate how yummy our food was. My dog was accepted at outdoor seating and I was even allowed to take her out in the field for some fetch after we ordered. Don't drive by... STOP in and grab a bite... you won't be disappointed!! “This is a highly recommended tucked away local pub. In which is a true Buffalo staple with a history packed interior with great food and drinks. And most definitely you will be walking out of there after learning a thing or two about American history! Also the owner is very friendly, and he is usually there as well giving trivia questions!“

“Went there for st. Patrick’s day. Couldn’t be more pleased. We had a reservation and got seated immediately. Service was fast and friendly and the food was out of this world. I think I’d sell my soul for more sticky toffee pudding. If you want an idea of their service I watched a man straight up slap a glass of beer out of the waitresses hands (he was a hand talker and it was an accident) and into the wall. She was super kind about it and someone (a manger or owner) came over and immediately changed out everything and cleaned everything up while the server got a new beer. Everyone was kind and quick about it and had I not happened to catch it out of the corner of my eye. they were so discrete Idt I would have. As a table we tried the Sheppards fries, the corned beef and cabbage, corned beef sandwich and sticky toffee pudding and all were incredible. Definitely will be back!“

“Enjoyed our visit to this old time neighborhood pub on Wing Wednesday. We had a short wait at the bar for a table of 5 and added a chair for an unexpected 6th. So many options for wings! All the sauces were flavorable. Our server made us feel right at home even though we had never been there before. You could tell this place has alot of regulars. Bartender We was friendly. Doubled dipped in cajun and mustard, there is a good smokey flavor paired with the crunchiness of the chicken. Superb. The chili is also loaded. I suggest anyone visiting buffalo should try this.“

Drinks are good price, we usually play darts of pool and have a good time. They also have a pool table and that table top hokey game. I've never eaten here but i've heard it's good.“

Long time regulars are probably well aware of this policy but we were caught a bit off guard. “Scott was out bartender, and server the few nights we were in town. And Scott was the absolute best. The first night we were in town the hotel was packed with a hockey tournament and everyone coming in early for the last bills game. The hotel staff didn't think to staff the bar/restaurant with more than him and a cook for the night. So getting our food and his time was quite an ordeal. Two and a half hours for food from start to finish.
That being said Scott stopped by, apologized, talked with us, understood our frustration, we understood his, and we could not blame him. He made being there enjoyable for anyone that entered. A man who took a job that could make many angry for a lot of other people serious and really made sure you were taken care.“
