“Hilltop catered our wedding this past Saturday for over 200 people and it was absolutely incredible!!! We knew from our tasting that Hilltop was our winner! Everything was amazing; the display, the service, the ease and speed of the buffet and most importantly the food!!! We had people coming up to us all night raving about how this was the best food they have ever had at a wedding and people called and sent texts the next day still raving! Crystal is amazing and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a perfect celebration! We cannot thank Hilltop enough for helping us have the wedding of our dreams!“

“I have had many great meals at the shamus over the years but yesterday was different. I threw my dad a surprise birthday party and rented the upstairs. Anne was so great to talk to over the phone. Made everything so simple. The food we decided on was amazing. The Reuben egg rolls and southwest egg rolls were to die for. Steak sandwiches and roast beef- amazing. “If, like me, you've never been to Wagner's, don't sleep on it any longer.I ordered takeout tonight specifically for this special. Now, if you know me, you know that I would virtually never order "regular" food as takeout. Generally thats for pizza, subs, tacos, vacation...whatever. but I'd prefer to come in and eat. But I was home with M and V. And due to somewhat recent incidents, no car to take them out.So anyway, back to the special...Chef Dom's veal and eggplant parm over homemade rigatoni and sauce. I'm going out on a limb here, but I'm gonna assume that chef Dom is Dom, former owner of DeFilippo's, and this was one of my favorites from there. Anyway, it was excellent. Layers of fried eggplant, topped with a super tender, and thicker than expected, veal cutlet, sauce, and lots of cheese, with a delicious homemade sauce and some rigatoni.Salads included with dinners were your run of the mill iceberg with a fee garnishes. I like that though. And they were cold and crisp and fresh.Michael had a king cut prime rib. Asked for rare as possible, by the time I got home in the container it was medium, but that's maybe what you get when your prime rib spends 30 min in plastic. Anyhow, it was tender and delicious from the bite I had. And the kid didn't leave so much as a tiny touch of fat. So ge must have loved it. I would definitely go back and eat prime rib in house. First rate I'm sure.V had the Parkside, which was a Grilled cheese on thick cut Italian bread, with turkey, bacon and tomato. I didn't get any, but she rated it,"ten out of ten, oh yeah, were going back here!" I guess that's pretty good.Sandwich and prime rib both came with fries, which were your run of the mill low price wholesale French fry. They weren't crispy by the tine we got them from the container, but they were delicious, and clearly fried in some good clean oil. I actually wholeheartedly prefer these to these now popular coated and seasoned fry, and I applaud them for making a good French fry that tastes like a fry.We didn't have dessert, but I sucked down a Peroni while i waited, and the bar and waitstaff seemed friendly and attentive.I can't wait to get back and order in personOh, and I almost forgot. We got some potato skins too. They are a guilty pleasure of mine, and I can rarely resist. Anyhow, nothing stays crispy in takeout containers, bit they were well cooked, with plenty of bacon and cheese, and we loved them.Also, they are apparently known for roast beef, and the menu features several sandwiches. Inintend tontry them all.“

“This place is an incredible hidden gem. Their food is fresh and delicious. Portion sizes are huge. Baked goods and coffee are great as well. Awesome atmosphere and the staff is fantastic, laid back and work so well together, it's a very peaceful atmosphere.“

“The atmosphere is noisy because the ceilings are so high in things echo. I had a pretzel which is always good.But the beer mustard dip was different than they normally serve.I'm not sure why that's why I gave them a four. The shrimp boom boom was very good as usual.“

“Had a great meal tonight at Stooges. I had the mac and cheese stuffed burger (The Krazy) with a side of banana pepper mac and cheese. The only downside was that the burger was so filling, I could only have a couple bites of the mac and cheese (lunch for tomorrow)! My wife had the beef on weck with wings. Our server, Keira, was outstanding. Friendly and efficient and made some outstanding food recommendations. Looking forward to our next time there.“

“Marinated grilled chicken which seems unique to the Buffalo area. Half chicken, two sides, and bread for $14. Ribs and roast beef available too. Various hot and cold sides. Huge take out business. We ate in. Dining room is clean and basic with plenty of paper towel napkins handy. Drove from Rochester. Worth it!

Vegetarian options: Pretty limited.

“My friends and I came by after a long day at the Pride Parade. As usual, the food was amazing, and our server, Val, was a hoot and a half. Yall really need to give this girl a raise. ? She's an absolute blessing of a server. It isn't every day that I leave a restaurant and hope I get the same server next time but I really hope we get her again in the future.“

“I would of given the food I ate 4and a half to 5 stars but I've only had pizza and wings and can't give 5 till I order more and it was delivered so no idea of atmosphere but food was quick delivery guy normal nice guy so ill definitely eat there food again and would say its a little pricy but you get what you pay for ....“
