“We just held a wedding rehearsal dinner here for just under 30 people, at The Hollow Bistro & Brew. Five stars across the board! If I could give more, I would! Carrie is amazing to work with. So helpful, kind, and made sure everything was perfect for us. She always got back to me quickly when I had a question. She's very happy to help you and make things as easy and seamless as possible. The food was AMAZING, and our guests just raved about it, from first bite to days later! Upon finding out the groom, as well as other family members have to eat gluten free, Carrie made sure all of the meat and side dishes we chose were gluten free as well. We chose the roast beef, grilled herb chicken, herb potatoes, fried rice, and salad. The gluten free dishes were a huge blessing for us! Everyone that had anything to do with our dinner was also outstanding, helpful, and kind. We have another dinner planned here soon, and I cannot wait to show the other family this fabulous restaurant, and eat here again myself. Family from both sides are still talking about our rehearsal dinner and how wonderful it was! They are planning on going back on their own to eat. “I went there for lunch. The menu was very limited. I mean like 6 things to choose from. What i got was tasty but the price was $20 for a quesadilla, rice and lettuce/tomato. Add on a drink (soda) and the bill was over $25.

I'm sad to say i won't be visiting again.“

I contacted the restaurant after Uber Eats refused to refund my money even with clear photos of the unsanitary issue and Jina at the restaurant had a whole new meal delivered to me within an hour! “What a perfect little spot for some delicious food and a comfortable atmosphere. The bartender was so nice, the game was on the TV, and the vibe felt very New York to me, as an out-of-towner. I loved the pizza hand-rolled logs and the wings. I also tried to beef on weck, which wasn’t my favorite but it was my first time and it might just not be my type of dish. “We hired Blue Fire BBQ to cater my daughter’s high school graduation party, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! From the first phone call to the final empty tray, the entire experience was fantastic.

The food was phenomenal. We went with pulled pork, beef brisket, grilled vegetables with balsamic glaze, roasted potatoes, and their creamy mac and cheese. Every single item was superb, perfectly seasoned, cooked with care, and full of flavor. The beef brisket was the undisputed star of the day. It was so tender and delicious that guests were raving about it nonstop. The grilled vegetables had just the right char and that bright balsamic finish, and the mac and cheese was the ultimate crowd-pleaser.

Matt, the owner, was incredibly easy to work with. He was responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making our event perfect. He personally delivered everything right on time. The setup was quick and seamless and the portions were generous. We had plenty of happy guests and very little left over.

“This place is the bomb. The food was out of this world. The wait staff and hostess were fantastic. As was the owner.

My main complaint is that we had set reservations and wanted it to sit us at the first table near the door in the middle of where everybody walks in.

There were plenty available tables and if we're going to make reservations, I want to be set somewhere that it feels like you knew we were coming.“

“My wife and I went here on a Sunday afternoon. It had a nice crowd at the bar and in the dining room.

Our server was a nice young lady named Taylor. There is a popcorn machine and a barrell filled with peanuts to snack on.

To start I had a cup of homemade New England clam chowder and my wife had a cup of Buffalo chicken wings soup. Both soups were very delicious.

For entrées, my wife had the Buffalo Sampler Platter, and I had the Monte Cristo Sandwich with chips. My wife enjoyed the sampler platter with the wings done with sweet chili sauce. I enjoyed the Monte Cristo sandwich and I took home half the sandwich, because the portion was big.

It's a nice relaxing pub suitable for all groups and families.

Bar had multiple taps for different styles of beer. There are even two dart boards too.

The dining room was clean, as well as the restrooms.

We enjoyed our time here, and we will definitely visit here again to try more items on the menu.“

“We will come back because it was pretty good. There are areas for improvement but overall it was a good time. Everything was a bit plain seasoning wise, and had a ton of butter on all of it. I got the chicken fried chicken. It was actually much larger than I expected and was a good tasting meat. I got broccoli casserole that I couldn’t find any broccoli in. It was all breading. The beans and greens were both fine. My family also got onion petals that were great, and the hot honey chicken that was delicious. The cornbread and biscuits were both great. The potatoes were just ok The service was phenomenal. Pleasant, quick, knowledgeable and friendly. The only real complaint was that we were sat at the front and were told the table was cursed, laugh, and sit down. We found out why, the hostess ran into our chair every time she walked by. The guests used the backs of our seats and our shoulders even. It’s fine, but not what we had in mind. The cost was excellent. I signed up for rewards and got a free appetizer and a $1 off ornament coupon. I also got a veterans discount. The overall cost for 3 adults with take home, under $70. We shopped a little and those prices were a bit steeper, but it seemed that everything was discounted there as well. I got a scarf and 2 ornaments and paid $20. “A very nice place as we've dined here several times before.
There's inside & outside seating. Outside has roll down sides with patio heaters for cooler weather.
Unfortunately this visit wasn't up to their usual standards. I had the Friday fish fry. It was decent size but the breading was over cooked & hard.
Plus the fish was very thin & all I could taste was overcooked breading.
My wife's dinner was very good and the couple we dined with had mixed results.
Her salad was excellent but her husband's burger was overcooked.
So, ill definitely return because ive had many very good meals here before but won't order the fish fry again.“
