“This is a nice peaceful little winery and tasting stop. Staff are friendly and patient. This isn't the highest-end of wineries/ tasting destinations, but mom and I (not connoisseurs by any means) enjoy the casual cozy indoors. The charceuterie board was nice (needs a bit more cheese for the price) and we enjoyed the wine pairings and gift shop / novelty items. Ended up leaving with some of the cheese we tried in a pairing and we will definitely be back for more wines. We were here years ago just after covid and we are so glad to see BWW still in business. Cute, easy, budget-friendly destination in a pretty countryside setting. The outdoor seating is ample (for warmer weather) as is the parking.”

“Hilltop catered our wedding this past Saturday for over 200 people and it was absolutely incredible!!! We knew from our tasting that Hilltop was our winner! Everything was amazing; the display, the service, the ease and speed of the buffet and most importantly the food!!! We had people coming up to us all night raving about how this was the best food they have ever had at a wedding and people called and sent texts the next day still raving! Crystal is amazing and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a perfect celebration! We cannot thank Hilltop enough for helping us have the wedding of our dreams!”

“Was in town for the Olcott Car Show and totally glad I stopped in! My party ordered the rind & reason and cherry wood cocktails, and both were very well made. We split a charcutterie board filled with plenty of choices of meats and cheeses of all varieties, the chicken cutlet sandwich and the bahn mi sandwich (pork belly). Everything tasted fresh and was a perfect dinner for the evening after being outside all day. Would give the cocktails, food, service and atmosphere 5/5. I started outside on the patio, however the mosquitos started to bite which pushed us inside for the remainder of the evening.
Overall, Im not in town often, but I know where I'll be coming back to! Keep up the great work! 🤌🏼”

“We had a Jack ‘n Jill baby shower and the venue was the perfect place! TV screens, music, corn hole, ping pong to entertain the adults and plenty of room for children too! We were able to decorate the area to fit our theme! If your thinking of hosting an event consider using their newly build addition. The owner and waitress/bartender were very accommodating! Their sweet and dessert wines are excellent, and the beautiful grounds make the experience even better. Between the flowers, grapevines, and views, there’s so much to enjoy, with plenty of spots to wander or sit and relax with a glass of wine. A wonderful place to slow down and soak up the atmosphere. “Spring Lake Winery was such an AMAZING experience!! I planned our wedding from Michigan and they were with me every step of the way. I cannot express how positive my experience was and how amazingly helpful the staff has been the entire time! They are literally the most responsive business I have ever worked with -- from emails to phone calls to answering every little tiny question I had, they were always so willing to help and offer input and make our wedding absolutely perfect. On our wedding day we had the NICEST catering staff and literally the most amazing bartenders. “We were looking for a place to eat in wilson while staying at a nearby campground and luckily stumbled upon this. The food was incredible and prices were very reasonable! They were not expecting such a large group but handled it great! The food came out quickly considering how many of us there were in the party. I wish I lived closer so I could get that chicken salad sandwich everyday! Everyone had a great experience. Chicken wings were also great 👍🏻 Highly recommend”

The food is always delicious and I am particularly fond of their Garlic Parmesan baked fish. There is a full bar and friendly bartenders where you can relax after golf on their beautiful patio.
