A Buffalo staple gone downhill. Fast(er) food should never take 35 minutes to prepare 2 items, then be cold when picked up. I placed an order for a standard 6” sub and side. Upon checking in at the suggested pickup time, I was told it wasn’t ready but I’m welcome to wait. I chose to wait and sat in line the for another 15 minutes.
