Food was pretty decent. The staff was really nice and the service was real quick. The atmosphere was quite average. It was an ok experience being there.

Sick of wasting my money here. I have been eating chicken finger subs almost every week for atleast 12 years here. Sometimes even 3x a week because it was my favorite meal. But I stopped coming around a year and a half ago because I consistently getting cold subs. I tried ordered in person multiple time to wait for my sub fresh and even then it would come cold! What’s the deal! I found out that they precook the chicken fingers now and just wait for the orders. so you get a room temperature sub. the last few years I’ve been driving out of the way to getting my chicken finger sub fix from Johns on Campbell’s blvd because it’s literally just the same (or use to be b4 Jim started serving cold chicken fingers). tonight I didn’t want to drive the extra few mins out the way (mistake) so I decided to just give Jim’s (my old favorite spot) another chance. I spent over $20 on a combo, like always, and got served the same cold chicken finger sub that made me stop coming almost two years ago. I don’t see why they think it’s ok to charge so much just to serve cold food when people order it fresh. I’ve waisted a lot of money trying to give them chances. Disappointed. This use to be my favorite lunch/dinner spot, I use to recommend them to to people coming from out of town and to friends and family. But I decided I’m done giving them anymore chances. Best chicken finger sub my butt, atleast not anymore. Smh

Food was good.Nor rating atmosphere as it was late and closing so it would not be accurate. As an out of towner I found it a little difficult to understand different types of subs... when we asked the employee said "it is like a normal steak sub" - but every area has a different normal! Is it a piece of steak? Is it steak bites? Is it shaved steak?

Food is great when made right, but literally always use stale… disgusting chicken fingers, and quality has completely gone out the window!

Jim's is good but not great. I like them mostly out of convenience, because they're open later than most places in the area, their food is pretty good, they have a drive through, and they make the food fairly quickly.
