Tom's Restaurant - Home of the Souvlaki offers incredible food with large portions. The Souvlaki is incredible, and the meat is so tender it melts in your mouth. The Open Souvlaki Value Box with regular fries comes out hot, fresh, and delicious. The beef slouvaki is tender as can be. The food is always the same and always great, with consistency and over all good food. The restaurant has been remodeled and looks beautiful. The desserts are lovely as well. The customer service is amazing. The lady waiting on customers is sweet, kind, and offers amazing service. She is absolutely amazing, super friendly, and even shares the restaurant’s history. The cooks pay attention to detail and accommodate modifications. Great customer service paired with great food is a win-win. This Buffalo establishment is family-owned for several generations. For a souvlaki fan, this place is a must.
