Best ice cream in Buffalo
I would love to give a very positive review but as of right now I cannot every time I go to the hertel location there always out of milk . the regular ice cream is great but I only do milkshakes cause I drive alot please fix y'all's problem of running out of milk.
Lake Effect has the best ice cream in Lockport!
Pints of Big Wayne’s Cake Batter & Frozen Hot Chocolate are often found in my freezer. The seasonal offerings are lots of fun! Lake Effect is located right on the canal. I highly recommend a visit anytime of the year.
