Best Jim's Steak out, I have been to every single one in the city of Buffalo, and Jim's Main street has the best food, best service, best staff and the quickest wait time of every Jim's. I don't care if you are 25-30 mins away from Jim's Main, it will still be faster and better service then going to the Jim's by you.
My friend came in crying and Dave made sure she was okay and got us our food right away. Wonderful service. Would return just for his wonderful service and funny jokes

While the music can be loud inside, placing an order ahead for pick up is fine. Overall, the restaurant provides a reliable and enjoyable meal.
