“In town for hockey tournament at river works, ordered on a thursday night right before close as we got into town late and they were one of the only spots open. Sacrilege to order 30 min or less before close and yet when I arrived at 1150pm on a 0 degree night, the gentleman behind the counter greeted us and handed us our food, I apologized for the last minute order and thanked him for taking it. He was genuinely nice and thanked us for the order. I don't want to tell the owner how to run their business. I grew up in it and understand completely how it sounds, but bartending and serving most of my life to not have a tip option, it is just an option. I wouldnt be here without the generosity my dad's customers paid me so I would love to see this added. The food was amazing so much so we ordered again today and this time I brought extra cash to tip for the other night and today, and thanked the gentleman again for his service the other night. I lived in philly for 2 years tried all the best spots, Jim's is right up there with them if not better quality. I apologize I don't have pictures of the food, its because it was devoured by the time we got back to the hotel at lecom, we'll done Jim and most importantly the crew that makes it all go, we will definitely be back!“

“Jim's Steakout is a must for me every time I visit the States! I always make a stop for their hoagies and Doritos taco bags. They never disappoint. This trip I got 2 hoagies and 3 Doritos taco bags, and everything was fresh, loaded, and delicious. Definitely one of my go-to spots whenever I'm across the border!“

“Probably the best Jim's location. It's seats at the corner of Elmwood and Allen. Great food! I had the steak hoagie 8inch about $12..overflowing with meat. Worth every penny! Good atmosphere to seat and view the outside..Very clean ..bathrooms can be entered only with a lock code...Get your subs here!“

“Great food, no doubt, but hearing what I believe was the manager correcting the two workers, was unsettling. They must have been newer employees by the way she was addressing them, but I'm not used to hearing reprimands like that in front of customers. I waited like 25min for my food, bit annoying but it was delicious! I think I'll choose a different location next time.“

Sat down by the window and checked my phone, as staff prep orders and handled drive thru. Very smooth and steady ..but quiet.
I don't recall voices from staff. Very Clean

They Called my number and placed my bag on the counter. I got my bag
and drove home.

Home and sat.

Thought Taco's for dinner.

I miss Texas sometimes. Hummm.

I opened the first wrapper. Got a paper towel. I took it out of the wrapper and used a paper plate. 2nd one I put on plate still wrapped.

I ate two of the tacos. Wow...Juicy...

The deluxe items were fresh, crisp, clean. Excellent.

But then. I went and got the third one.
Hummm. Consumed them, slowly and just enjoyed the taste.“
