I just stopped in here to use the restroom quickly q and the place is immaculate. Very very impressive. I was in the Dunkin’ Donuts at University yesterday and it was a pigsty even though four people were working, and no one was in the restaurant.
The food is good, but I've ordered from this location a half a dozen tubes and _every_ time they mess up one of my alterations. I order sauce on the side and it's on the sandwich or not in the order. Wrong type of fries. Etc.

I haven't had a sub at Jim's, and that's kinda their thing, but their chicken and fries are excellent. They have a sizable lobby, so it's a good spot to eat in. They're also open very late (3 AM or later) which is great for night owls who want to get a late supper.
