“The torta and the rice with beans were absolutely delicious! The torta was packed with flavor, fresh, and filling, and the rice and beans were the perfect side to go with it. Everything tasted fresh and had that authentic Mexican flavor that keeps you wanting to come back for more. You can tell they put care into their food.
Definitely a place I would recommend if you’re looking for a really good Mexican meal. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of the menu it’s really hard to find a real authentic place in buffalo“

“Placed a large order online - 23 items many ordered with substitutions and ingredient changes/edits - and the restaurant was experiencing high volume of online, drive thru, and in-person orders at the time I came to pickup my order. I waited about 10 minute to receive my order, which I believe was very reasonable given the location being very busy. I observed the manager handle a drive thru order issue with courtesy and professional during this busy period while also treat other customers in the walk-in area with respect and courtesy. I thanked employees for their efforts on my order. When I reviewed my order it was 100% accurate. Kudos to the PEOPLE at the McKinley express location for their work this evening!

Kid-friendliness: I have picky eaters (4) and I placed the order online because the app makes it easy to select and deselect ingredients. Mighty taco makes every menu item very customizable to suit my family’s needs!“

“I absolutely love this Subway everything is always fresh and made the way I want it. The people that work here are attentive, friendly, and open to interacting with their customers. They’ve got tables to eat at and it’s the noise is ease for conversation. Other Subways I’ve noticed somehow have fruit flies usually near the cookies but this place doesn’t.

“In town for hockey tournament at river works, ordered on a thursday night right before close as we got into town late and they were one of the only spots open. Sacrilege to order 30 min or less before close and yet when I arrived at 1150pm on a 0 degree night, the gentleman behind the counter greeted us and handed us our food, I apologized for the last minute order and thanked him for taking it. He was genuinely nice and thanked us for the order. I don't want to tell the owner how to run their business. I grew up in it and understand completely how it sounds, but bartending and serving most of my life to not have a tip option, it is just an option. I wouldnt be here without the generosity my dad's customers paid me so I would love to see this added. The food was amazing so much so we ordered again today and this time I brought extra cash to tip for the other night and today, and thanked the gentleman again for his service the other night. I lived in philly for 2 years tried all the best spots, Jim's is right up there with them if not better quality. I apologize I don't have pictures of the food, its because it was devoured by the time we got back to the hotel at lecom, we'll done Jim and most importantly the crew that makes it all go, we will definitely be back!“

“Jim's Steakout is a must for me every time I visit the States! I always make a stop for their hoagies and Doritos taco bags. They never disappoint. This trip I got 2 hoagies and 3 Doritos taco bags, and everything was fresh, loaded, and delicious. Definitely one of my go-to spots whenever I'm across the border!“

“Best Jim's Steak out, I have been to every single one in the city of Buffalo, and Jim's Main street has the best food, best service, best staff and the quickest wait time of every Jim's. I don't care if you are 25-30 mins away from Jim's Main, it will still be faster and better service then going to the Jim's by you.“

“Any Jim's Steakout is good and they are the best cheesesteak I had when I lived in Western New York. They were pretty damn good and I didn't go all too often cause it was a far drive but the few times I did go it was always great.“

“I can't believe the quality of the turkey. I was so hungry after not eating for a few days and Jim's Elmwood was the second best in Buffalo to Jim's on main st. This was absolutely terrible how the sandwich looked . I couldn't get past the poor quality of meat. Also asked for green 💚 banana peppers. They gave the wet peppers out the can that sogged the bread. They used so much mayo it was truly wasteful. Im so mad this location has turned out so poorly. Do better or shut down..“

Chose the Small/Reg Philly steak and 3 beef soft shell tacos deluxe.

Sat down by the window and checked my phone, as staff prep orders and handled drive thru. Very smooth and steady ..but quiet.
I don't recall voices from staff. Very Clean

They Called my number and placed my bag on the counter. I got my bag
and drove home.

Home and sat.

Thought Taco's for dinner.

I miss Texas sometimes. Hummm.

I opened the first wrapper. Got a paper towel. I took it out of the wrapper and used a paper plate. 2nd one I put on plate still wrapped.

I ate two of the tacos. Wow...Juicy...

The deluxe items were fresh, crisp, clean. Excellent.

But then. I went and got the third one.
Hummm. Consumed them, slowly and just enjoyed the taste.“
